The three Baltic States are called ”The Baltic Tigers” - and not without a reason.

Constant high growth rates, ability to adapt, membership of EU, good infrastructure and a good starting point for operations in Russia and in the rest of the former Soviet Republics make them attractive export and investment countries.

The three countries are quite competitive, not least in the production sectors. Based on still comparative low salaries, focus on high quality production and “in time deliveries” make many Baltic production companies potentially strong production partners for Scandinavian companies.

1.Q consult is a Lithuanian consulting company established by Danish partners. We have our main office in Vilnius and partners in Riga and Tallinn.

We are partly established to give Scandinavian investors access to the potentials which the Baltic States and the rest of Eastern Europe provides, partly to assist Baltic companies with strategic changes, efficiency improvements and project development.
